Today for breakfast I had a delicious bowl of Captain Crunch cereal. It was the plain kind of Captain Crunch, not the kind with all those artificially flavored, high fructose corn syrup berries in it. So at least it was somewhat of a healthier choice.

I also had a small piece of a caramel and walnut Ghiradelli brownie that I made last night. I ♥ chocolate!
Currently I’m snacking on a muffin and drinking apple juice at the blogging bootcamp.
